The right person for this job will have: 10-15 hours per week to invest Cursory knowledge of web-based systems Healthcare Recruiting industry experience is a plus Experience with CRM/ATS systems such as SalesForce is a plus About RecruitingWare - We are a Portland, OR based firm which offers web-based recruiting tools for the healthcare industry. Our clients include staffing agencies and independent recruiters. Our suite of tools allow recruiters to manage their recruiting process end to end, including: Automated job posting to multiple healthcare job boards with whom we are partners Applicant credentialing, licensure and resume handing Skills checklists Candidate submittal to hiring companies Other tools we provide: Job board software Job Chat tm tools to enable recruiters to chat with prospective applicants The main resposibilities of this position are: Handle leads that come in from prospective clients via our website Work through a backlog of sales leads Schedule and eventually lead demos of the software using WebEx Help develop and lead a plan to market our offerings to healthcare recruiting agencies Assist in training new clients Compensation will be commission-only to start.
