Do you offer any training for your recruiting software? |
|

| Answer: Of course. We are currently in the process of developing a complete series of
online tutorials. Many are already completed. These tutorials walk you through
each section and function offered by RecruitingWare. Each tutorial is typically
just a few minutes in length. They have VCR/DVD type controls so you can
pause the demo and then try that function yourself, then come back to the
tutorial. They're really terrific. We also have an online user's guide in both web
and PDF formats. You can print out the PDF file and use as a desk reference. |

I am using ACT or another system to manage my data now - can
RecruitingWare take my data and put it into my RecruitingWare database? |

| Answer: Absolutely. We have parsers in our toolset to read in ACT databases and import
your data into your RecruitingWare database, and we can custom-create parsers
for whatever database you're currently using. This step often requires some data
cleanup, so we quote each job separately. We'd be glad to look at your data and

Will the job board and online application look like my existing website? |

| Answer: Yes. Our staff will work with your webmaster or resident techie to
create templates which are based on your existing website making
any RecruitingWare-hosted parts of your side blend in seamlessly.

How often is our data backed-up? |
|
|
| Answer: RecruitingWare does daily backups to ensure data availability. |
|

Where is the software hosted? |
|
|
| Answer: Our software is hosted on multiple servers to provide redundancy. Our main
data center is in beautiful Portland, Oregon. |

What types of payments do you accept? |
|
|
| Answer: RecruitingWare accepts payments by check, and Visa/Mastercard via paypal. |

Are there any set-up fees? |
|

| Answer: Yes. We charge a setup fee to cover the data import process. Factors that
determine set-up fees are the complexity of your current website and the
complexity of any data that you may want us to import in to RecruitingWare
when you get started. We can give you a custom quote to match your needs. |

How long does it take to get my account online? |
|
|
| Answer: Typically we can have your account activated within a matter of hours. However,
depending on the complexity of your website it can take a day or several to get
everything fully integrated. Even with the most complex set-ups which include
template integration and database importing, its usually less than a week. |

Are there any contracts to sign? |
|
|
| Answer: RecruitingWare can be purchased on a month-by-month basis. We also offer
Contract options for those who require additional services or for those looking
for a discount by paying ahead in half-year increments. |

How do I get support? |

| Answer: We are here to help you make the best use of our software possible.
RecruitingWare offers an online HelpDesk for technical issues. Tickets
create via the HelpDesk are automatically routed to the right individual to
handle the issue. The HelpDesk is on most of RecruitingWare's pages when you
are logged in. |

How do I Add a new Nurse or Physican to my database? |
|
|
| Answer: To add a new Applicant to your database, First click on the Human
Resources Tab. Under the Human Resources heading are several methods
for adding a new entry to your database.
Method 1: If you have Resume Parsing as part of your package, you can simply
upload a resume in Microsoft Word, PDF, HTML, or plain text format
and the information will be automatically parsed from the document and a new
applicant record created.
Method 2: You can click on one of the buttons below, IE Add Nurse, to
enter the data manually. |

How do I keep certain information out of published job listings, IE Company
Name, City, Salary, etc? |
|
|
| Answer: To set the default behavior, you must be an Admin user: Click on the
Admin Tab and select Manage Account Settings.
Under the heading Ad Display Settings, you can control the default
behavior.
You can also override the default behavior during the new Job entry process.
You can also select your own individual preferences for these fields as well
as many other settings. |

I advertise on XYZ Fancy New JobBoard - can I get my job ads automatically
cross-posted there? |

| Answer: Yes! RecruitingWare will be glad to customize an export to any job board you
like, provided they allow for automated posting. Most job boards of any size will
have this ability, and we will work with them directly to get your jobs on their
site. This will be quoted out separately and will vary depending on complexity.
Typical job board exports take us 4-5 hours to build and test. Ask us for a

How can I change the options available for Status of HR records? |
|
|
| Answer: Any Admin user can do this by clicking on the Admin Tab
and selecting Manage Status Settings. This screen will allow you to
create new Status options to match your company's workflow. Any options you
create will be available along with the defaults in the HR tab, IE Incomplete
Application, Reserved, On assignment. |

How do I add a new Login to our account? |
|
|
| Answer: Any Admin user can do this by clicking on the Admin Tab
and selecting Manage Employees. From this screen you can edit
your existing users and add new logins. |

We don't hire for all of the Job Specialties that Recruitingware offers - How can I
display only the specialties for which we hire
on our website and/or on the application form? |

| Answer: Any Admin user can do this by clicking on the Admin Tab, then select
Manage Job Specialties. The default behavior is to display all of the
specialties. By selecting certain specialties on this screen, only those specialties
will be available on your site and application form. |

Jobs, Travel Jobs, etc) - How can I display only the categories for which we hire
on our website and/or on the application form? |

What happens when I enter a new Job in my database? |

| Answer: When you place a job into your database, depending on your account level, it
will also be cross-posted to other job boards. These job boards include
Nurse-recruiter.com, SimplyHired.com, Google Base, and others.
We add new job boards to this distribution system all the time to increase
your job ads' visibility. |

How do I Add a new Job to my database? |
|

| Answer: To add a Job to your database, First click on the Jobs Tab.
Under the Manage Jobs heading, there are buttons for adding jobs
in four major categories: Nurse, Physician, Allied Health, and Administrative.
You will be taken to a form which will capture all of the job's information.

How do I display jobs from my database in Recruitingware on my website? |
