RecruitingWare is fairly easy and intuitive software to use if you have moderate online computer skills. However, it is also very sophisticated software with many features. Like any new software program, it will take you time to get to know all of its features and functions.
Here are some of the frequently asked questions about our training options:

Do you offer any training for your recruiting software?
Of course. We are currently in the process of developing a complete series of online tutorials. Many are already completed. These tutorials walk you through each section and function offered by RecruitingWare. Each tutorial is typically just a few minutes in length. They have VCR/DVD type controls so you can pause the demo and then try that function yourself, then come back to the tutorial. They're really terrific. We also have an online user's guide in both web and PDF formats. You can print out the PDF file and use as a desk reference.

Do you offer in house training?
While it is not part of our standard offering, we can provide you with in house training. The cost will vary depending on the number of days required. Contact us for more information.

Is there a printed User's Guide for RecruitingWare?
We do not provide you with a book, however you can print out our user's guide on your computer's printer. We do have a complete user's guide available in a PDF file for this purpose. Again, this saves us money and we pass those savings on to our users. We recommend that a copy of the user's guide be made for everyone that will be using the system. It's always nice to have a desk reference handy.
