Where is the software hosted?
Our software is hosted on multiple servers to provide redundancy. Our main data center is in beautiful Portland, Oregon.

Does RecruitingWare have a redundant connection to the Internet?
Yes! Our co-location provider offers a redundant back-bone to the Internet so if the primary connection is lost, a back-up exists. This helps assure maximum uptime for our server.

How often is the data backed-up?
RecruitingWare is backed-up nightly. We also do a weekly back-up with off-site storage.

Do we have to do anything to get RecruitingWare on our website?
Yes. For the typical set-up, we will send you three links to add or change on your website. For example, you may already have a page where you list job openings, once you're ready to implament RecruitingWare's job board on your website, we'll provide you with a new link. Simply have your webmaster change your current jobs opening link to the new one we send you.

Will the job board and online application look like my existing website?
Yes. We take a copy of your basic website and create a template in the RecruitingWare system. So when one of your site visitors clicks to view the jobs, application, or online skills checklists, they will see a web page that looks just like your site complete with your navigation.

I am using ACT to manage my data now - can RecruitingWare take my data and put it into my RecruitingWare account?
Absolutely. We have parsers in our toolset to read in ACT databases and import your data into your RecruitingWare account.
This step often requires some data cleanup, so we quote each job separately. We'd be glad to look at your data
and generate a custom quote for you.
